Download the Hide Google Options browser plugin

The Hide Google Options browser plugin allows you to take control of your Google search results page by keeping the Google “Options” panel as an elective feature.

Google’s new user interface (UI) released in May 2010 produces a three-panel search results page. This interface shows the Options pane as a permanent fixture on the left-hand side of the screen.

Historically, Google’s options pane was enabled by using a + box labeled “Show options” at the top of the page, so the user could show or hide the left-hand options at will. Once downloaded, our Hide Google Options plug-in ensures the options pane remains a choice for users. Click the small icon in the corner of your browser window to alternately show or hide the options shown in the left-hand pane of Google search results.

(Sorry, for technical reasons no IE version can be offered.)

If you would like to restore your Google results page back to its original two-column display, you can! The Hide Google Options plug-in lets you remove the Google sidebar from view or let it show, as you choose. Download versions are available for the Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome browsers.

SEO Tools

Most people think that online writing is very similar to other forms of writing, such as writing a Colum for a school newspaper or a magazine. This may seem particularly accurate on the outside; online writing has qualities that make it utterly different from other forms of writing. Now that you have the information on how to identify and choose from different quotes or sayings, there remains only one question, how do you know which phrases are even searched for? Fortunately there are a few superb sources available to help you figure out how many tools are available for what specific phrases. They include:

The Overture Search Term Suggestion Tool (TOSTST)
A decent tool for searching for keyword phrases. This tool shows which phrases, had the highest numbers of searches on Overture during the last month. The biggest downside of all that it has, as far as adding it to the tool, is that Overture counts singular and plural’s as the same exact thing and also corrects misspelling so the totals are all lumped together in this tool where on the natural engines they are considered more thorough.

Word Tracker
Word Tracker is an extremely similar device compared to TOSTST except that this tool chooses between plural and singular searches, this tool does not correct spelling and it gives the results in estimated numbers of searches over all of the engines per day instead of just one tool per month

When using these excellent tools I recommend that you begin with  Overture Search term Suggestion Tool (TOSTST) and once you’ve narrowed down your specific choices, switch to Word Tracker to insure that you’re getting the right information in regards to tense, also that all of the numbers match. Sometimes you will find out that the numbers are absolutely different from each tool. In this event you may have to use your better judgment.

Once you’ve narrowed down your specific choices, content, research, originality, keyword densities, keywords and SEO are just some of the various things a writer needs to focus on. Aside from all of these, a content writer still has to keep in mind the grammar rules, proper use of all punctuation marks and correct spelling. Because of the various things a writer has to think about when writing articles for the others, it is very easy for the novice content writer to get overwhelmed. Fortunately, there are some writing tools available to make content writing a breeze even for the new writers.
